- 1 dozen fresh mint sprigs
- 1 lime
- 2 tea spoons powdered sugar
- light rum
- club soda
- highball glass
Cool the glass. Squeeze half lime. Lightly muddle mint, lime juice and sugar, until the sugar dissolves. Add rum and shake with ice. Top with soda garnish with mint sprigs and serve.
