- The largest Brazilian air carriers now are TAM, Gol and Varig. Other also famous are WebJet, Oceanair and TAF.
- Prices for buying in advance are almost the same as if you’re buying for normal flight in a week.
- Infraero is the company that regulates the air traffic in Brazil, on the Airports section on their website you can learn more about each airport (http://www.infraero.gov.br/)
- The largest airports are Brasilia and Sao Paoplo and since they are hubs often the traffic passes through them instead of going direct. Kepp this in mind when you plan your internal trips.
- If you book online and have to pay, some of the local websites will not accept your credit card or will ask for your Brazilian national identity number (CPF). There are two ways to solve the problem:
1) Go to the foreign section of the website and book from there
2) Email or call the company directly
