Summer is right here right now and here are a few good tips to enjoy your holiday better!

Sure, last minute packing is favorite sport of many travelers. Usually we run to the cupboard, catch a handful of clothes and this finishes all our preparation. the best strategy is to add more comfortable shoes and clothes, comfortable for long walks, shopping tours, boat trips and even light sport training. There are also things that are quite important for safe and pleasant trip. Some of these are first-aid medicines, sticking plasters and anti-allergic insect strays (especially mosquitoes!). I will not list all cosmetics a woman might need but I will remind you about the life-saving wet-wipes and paper hankies that every lady needs in her bag. Always and forever. You will be surprised in how many situations theses can save your good mood! Then last but not least, I will add the safety-razor for all boys who enjoy being casual. Being stubble is cool but don’t forget that when the sun is high it burns your skin and after when you shave and get back to the office, you’ll look like Harvey Two Face with half face in golden burn and the other white because of the beard you had! Ladies should not forget their respective epilation equipment!

Switch off everything. even if you are on weekend vacation, remember that they should not be spoiled with stupid call from awful colleagues or clients. Ban all random email checking, telephones and put your notebook on diet. Leave all smart technical gadgets at home and don’t dare to think of them again until you get back on Monday!

If you are visiting exotic place, you should try local specialities but keep in mind that healthy regime will make your vacation more enjoyable. Do not attack every fish&chips shop near the beach, no matter the fact that this is definitely local and everyone does it. Select fresh food because in summer is hot and food vitiates faster. Enjoy more fruits and vegetables and dry fruits and nuts. In addition, nuts are way much better solution than greasy chips!

move.jpg4. Get Your Body Moving
Don’t stop to move when you’re on holiday. Walk around the places you’re visiting and do not limit your trip only to the hotel restaurant and bars. Swim, ride bike and take part in games like volleyball or anything else that includes movement and you dare doing it. Even a short stay in the hotel’s fitness room will give its positive contribution to your health and spirits! Your self-esteem will grow if you feel fit and your body is moving often. Even dancing is good way to move! So enjoy the nights full of salsa, or whatever kind of music you prefer.

If you have too active holiday full of adventure trips, night clubs and other activities, after the trip probably you will need even longer vacation. This is valid if you are dramatically changing time zones as well. The best is to try to sleep not during the day but at night (like normal people do). If you are feeling more exhausted than normally, go to bed early and the results can be seen on the very next day - you will look relaxed. Do not drink alcohol these days, because it make your discomfort feel stronger. enjoy water and fruit juices.
