It is called Novy Most (the New bridge) and it crosses the Danube to connect the old town and the new parts of Bratislava. The UFO name comes from the ufo-shape of the object on top of it.

It is actually a restaurant with big terrace on top, all this built in 1971 which makes it relatively new. Visitors get to the top by elevator. There might be other solutions (like stairs) but I couldn’t see them no matter how hard I was trying. The fee you’ll pay is for the elevator. As far as I remember it was 100 sk (about 4 euro).

After you’re up there, you can get the stairs and then finally you go on the terrace on top. It’s windy up there, so dress properly.

The space in the UFO construction is separated into restaurant and cafeteria. Prices are okay, sure you can not expect to have cheap beer in a place like this. The ginger-fresh was about 3-4 euro.

The toilet is interesting, it is all glass and at least to me, it was a little not so comfortable do pee and to be able to see what is up there through these big windows.
