The article says that all top carriers are trying to remodel their lounges around the five-star hotel type concept: from the interior design to the services offered.
You might be expecting (like I did) that the best lounge is somewhere in Asia, but you will be surprised that it is actually in Europe - UK’s Heathrow. Virgin Atlantic managed to crate a brand new small city in their lounge area: roof garden, daybeds, playground, dinner options and spa.
