Two weeks ago Lessno.com started a survey asking you what is your stand – do you think our prices are fair, what factors do you consider when booking and what is your opinion in general. The results so far are really interesting from applauses, to hissing, from things directly related to Lessno to opinion on the industry as a whole.
For example some of you wonder why airlines have peak prices and they apply them on high season or vacation periods. Then the airplanes are full, right? So the airplane company is full too, but these greedy corporate sharks just keep asking for your money and in addition even raise the prices. In contrary, they have lower prices when their airplanes travel half empty and they’re losing however.
Others discuss the future of the traditional air carriers. With the low-cost companies and high-speed trains especially in Europe the typical companies are facing a challenge for their price rates and services. According to one of our respondents these companies are losing from their inflexibility and lack of effective rate-policy for their business clients compared to the economy/vacation ones.
